Doris Galanty
Doris Galanty of West Orange died June 25, 2012. Born in Pine Brook, she was raised in Whippany and also lived in Hillside and Livingston.
Mrs. Galanty was a longtime member of Livingston Hadassah and was one of the founding members of Temple Beth Shalom, Livingston.
Predeceased by her husband, Harold, and a son, Myron, she is survived by her daughter, Beth Rothenberg; a son, William; a daughter-in-law, Kathy Galanty; a sister, Ann Cohen; and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Services were held June 26 with arrangements by Bernheim-Apter-Kreitzman Suburban Funeral Chapel, Livingston. Memorial contributions may be made to Livingston Hadassah.
