Berdie Silverstein, 92, of Monroe Township died May 27, 2012. Born in Brooklyn, she also had lived in Fort Lee.

Mrs. Silverstein is survived by her daughter, Nanette Koppel of Monroe; two grandchildren; and four great- grandchildren.

Services were held May 29 with arrangements by Mount Sinai Memorial Chapels, East Brunswick.
