Letters to the Editor

Some “doves”

In the article on Barney Frank (“Exit Stage Left,” Dec. 1) reporter Ron Kampeas describes J Street as “dovish.” J Street is not dovish. J Street seeks to undermine Israel’s interests and influence American policy against those interests. The effect of their work is to weaken Israel. Without a strong Israel there will never be peace between Israel and her neighbors. Therefore, J Street actually promotes war, making J Street “hawkish,” contrary to their claim of being “pro-Israel, pro-peace.”
